SYSTEMATIC INSPECTION
Thorough and ongoing inspection procedures ensure product quality and reliability:
- Inspection of samples and production upon receipt of material
- Parts are made to customer prints or samples with the sample retained for inspection purposes.
- Key characteristics are identified and tracked; goals are set and monitored for improvements.
- Fairchild internally audits each applicable SOP and conducts independent third party audits annually.
