Fairchild Develops Newer, more durable part for Milk Specialties
August 1, 2005 – Lake Zurich, IL – Milk Specialties of Dundee, IL chose Fairchild Industries as its manufacturer for Calf Feeder Nipples, a product developed specifically for the agricultural market. A spokesman at Milk Industries said, “We chose Fairchild because they could deliver a first rate product at an acceptable price. In addition, during the development process, Fairchild came up with design innovations that improved the final product. They cared about the project as much as we did.”
Joel Schauer, General Manager of Fairchild Industries explained, “The customer wanted a more durable product. Working with them, we developed an improved elastomeric compound that was able to double the life of the calf feeder nipple.
“Over the years, we have been involved with a diverse variety of custom molded and extruded products. Each is a challenge that gives us a chance to pur our expertise to work solving customer problems in creative ways.”
