As Fairchild Industries brings its policies and
practices up to ISO standards, the changes are both exciting and
challenging. For years, we have built our reputation upon providing
customers with the product selection, quality and attention to order
detail they need to make doing business with us pleasant and
profitable. With ISO, we are casting those quality practices into firm
policies and appointing experienced people to ensure they are carried
out. Documenting our practices and procedures will allow us to continue
to develop new customers and markets.
ISO Certification requires regular input from customers. Thus,in a
customer satisfaction survey conducted between April and July of this
year, we asked 30 of our top buyers to rate Fairchild Industries on our
customer service, inquiry response time, quality issues response time,
meeting purchase specifications, meeting packaging requests, meeting
ship dates and pricing competitiveness. Across the board, we were rated
very good or excellent. Thank you to everyone who responded.
Meanwhile, we continue to add products to our inventory. A new catalog
of more than 40 push-on trim seal profiles has just been produced. Why
not email us for your copy at info@fairchildind.com? In the next few
weeks, you will be able to review it online at www.fairchildind.com.
